1. General Policy
All payments made to Invictus Consulting Services are non-refundable and non-transferable once a transaction is successfully processed. This applies to counselling, training, visa, application, and administrative fees.
2. Exceptions
Refunds are issued only in cases of technical error resulting in a failed or duplicate transaction. Refunds will be initiated within 5–7 working days after verification and credited only to the original payment source.
3. No Refund Cases
Refunds are not applicable for client dissatisfaction after service initiation, change of mind, or third-party delays or denials.
4. Chargebacks
If a chargeback is initiated, Invictus Consulting Services will submit proof of service to the payment gateway or bank. Unauthorized disputes may result in service suspension.
5. Policy Updates
This policy may be revised periodically and will be posted on our website with the updated effective date.
